The Largest & Most Complete T. rex Fossil Touring The World!
The Tyrannosaurus rex is the most iconic dinosaur known to man.
It is also one of the rarest. Less than 60 T. rex specimens have been discovered to date, and only a fraction of those are housed in museums for public viewing.
Victoria was discovered outside Faith, South Dakota in 2013.
Following her excavation, Victoria was brought to a lab in British Columbia. Since her arrival, she has carefully studied and meticulously restored.
With 199 bones discovered to-date, Victoria is the second most complete T. rex on record. As with the majority of theropod dinosaurs, it’s exceedingly rare to find a T.rex skeleton that is this complete.
Currently, she is being studied by the world’s most recognized paleontologists and will be the subject of multiple scientific papers yet to be released.
Victoria’s completeness and pathologies have provided paleontologists a wealth of new information about the T. rex.
